About
Amelia Khalil MSW, LSW, LCADC, CCS, SIFI -Clinical Director
Amelia Khalil earned her Associate's Degree from Bergen Community College, her Bachelor's in Social Work from Rutgers University in Newark NJ, and her Master's in Social Work from Rutgers University in New Brunswick NJ. She is currently completing he Doctorate Degree in Social Work. She holds an LSW, LCADC, CCS, and SIFI in the State of NJ.
She has over 18 years of experience working with mental health and addiction. She currently holds a dual position as a Clinical Director and Intern Program Supervisor for a Rehabilitation Program. She has a desire to extend her knowledge toward helping people improve their overall physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being outside of a residential environment.
She is knowledgeable on the disease concept of addiction, parenting, anger management, vocational training, 12 steps, life skills, social skills, stress management, mental illness, treatment planning, and counseling.
